Update on me
It about 6 months since my last testimonial &

was dubious at first about the cupping therapy, but
on the second session there were hardly any marks left
by the cups and my back and neck felt much looser and
more supple than they had done in a long time. My headaches
which had been frequent and uncomfortable also disappeared.
The hot stone massage also helped with the stiffness
in my neck and back as well as being very relaxing and
soothing.
The hypnotherapy and various relaxation techniques have
been very effective in dealing with my stress and anxiety

"Following
2 major abdominal operations last year, I still had
stomach pains. In recent years I had a sudden family
bereavement, which has been difficult for me. I decided
i wanted to try something that would change my life
instead of relying on doctors and hospital treatment.
I have received some emotional freedom technique, cupping,
hot stones and acupuncture. The treatment has definitely
had a change to my wellbeing; I have more energy
and no pain!
